8 DAYS UGANDA SAFARI (MURCHISON FALLS N.P AND CHIMPANZEE TRACKING)
Overview
The 8 days safari goes to some of Uganda’s prime and famous destinations. The safari is to the adventure capital, Jinja for a boat safari to the source of the Nile and Kampala, which is Uganda’s capital. From here it stretches to northwest, Murchison Falls National Park for a game drive and a boat Safari on the Victoria Nile before going south of the park to the finest primate park –Kibale for chimpanzee tracking. You will also have a day in Entebbe before departure, where you will visit Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, Botanical gardens, and have a boat cruise on Lake Victoria in the Evening.
Details
Day 1- Arrival and Pick Up
Today, when you arrive our representative will meet you the airport and transfer you to your accommodation. You will rest from the long journey as you await your adventure through the pearl.

Day 2- Kampala City tour and sunset boat cruise to the source of the Nile
The adventure starts, with a city tour in the busy capital-Kampala. The city has many attractions but we shall choose a few like the Old Kampala mosque that gives a view of the city, the Buganda Kingdom palace, and down town. You will also have a chance to taste the street delicacies like the Ugandan Rolex (Rolled eggs with Chapatti). After, we shall drive (84km) to Jinja the, adventure capital. Upon arrival, you will visit the source of the Nile River in the evening on a motorized boat. Have an overnight in Jinja.

Day 3- Transfer to Murchison Falls N. P via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Today morning after breakfast, you will setoff for Murchison Falls national park. The park is 380km North West of Kampala and we shall enter the park using the Kichumbanyobo gate. We shall visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for on foot rhino tracking, have lunch here and later continue to Murchison falls. Upon arrival and entrance, we shall drive to the top of the falls before crossing to the northern bank. After check in, we shall later go for an evening game drive in the park, take our chances and see what the park will have to offer of the 74 mammals here. We shall return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4- Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise.
After an early morning breakfast, you will go for a game drive to the northern bank in search of animals like: Lions, Giraffes, Oribis, Elephants, Jackson’s hartebeests, Uganda kobs, Buffaloes among other animals and bird species. You will then return to the lodge in time for lunch and relax preparing for a launch cruise on the Victoria Nile. After lunch, transfer for a three hours boat ride on the Nile River to the bottom of falls where you will have the opportunity to view animals like; crocodiles, hippos, in the water and some on the river banks, while; buffaloes, waterbucks, and elephants are often seen on the river bank grazing and drinking water. You will then have to hike to the top of the falls for a clear view of the falls. Return to your lodge for a relaxed evening.

Day 5- Transfer to Kibale Forest
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and be transferred to Kibale forest National Park, the capital world of Primates such as chimpanzee, baboons and monkeys. With en-route lunch meals. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge for dinner and peaceful rest at your lodge as you get prepared for the next day’s wildlife adventure in the tranquil forest.

Day 6- Chimpanzee tracking and return to Entebbe
Today you have breakfast at the lodge and carry packed lunch. You will assemble at the park headquarters for briefing and then go for Chimpanzee tracking. Chimpanzees are man’s closet cousins though they are one of the most threatened primate’s species. More primates like Black and white Columbus monkeys, L’Hoest Monkeys, Grey cheecked Mangabey, Red tailed monkeys, bush babies, pottos and many bird species like the yellow spotted Nicator, rumped tinker bird, Little Greenbul, green breasted pitta, the crowned eagle, black bee eater and mammals like Elephants can be seen in this trek.  After the trek, you will drive to Entebbe. Day 7- Visit Botanical gardens, zoo and boat cruise on Lake Victoria
It is an adventure day in Entebbe. You will wake up and have breakfast at your facility, and later drive to Entebbe Botanical gardens. The gardens are on the shores of Lake Victoria and are a great introduction place to the wildlife (primates) because of the monkey population here, birds, and trees. After visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (Zoo) for the afternoon. You will have lunch here and await the evening boat cruise on Lake Victoria. Return to the guest house for dinner and overnight.

Day 8- Departure.
This is the last day, and depending on your flight schedule, you will transfer to the airport for departure. This will be the end of the adventure.
